We worked with Shannon peters and she was great! Was constantly in contact with us through the whole process. Came and walked through the final inspection with us. She cared about us saving money, she told us to go through a new builds mortgage lender instead of the one she recommended since it gave us money back in the closing process. Overall was nervous as a first time home buyer but Shannon made it a cake walk. Will be using her if we need to in the future!

Shannon Peters. Amazing Realtor….she definitely goes above and beyond and is a real pleasure to work with. She helped us with the sales of our previous home as well as the purchase of our new home. Shannon is very honest and gives recommendations with our interests in mind, being sure that we will be happy with both our sale and our purchase. She is so patient and kind, always sharing any new information she has with us in a timely manner. She also responds to any email or call with our concerns right away. She was a real true partner to us and never did we feel that our satisfaction in the overall purchase and sale was not her ultimate goal as our partner.
